양산도

부산광역시 사상구 엄궁동에 위치한 ‘양산도집’ 앞에는 낙동강이 있습니다.

이곳에서 창업주 故김우영 대표가 7남매를 키우며 자연산 민물장어와 민물장어 치어(새끼)를 잡아 요리하여 판매하였습니다.

1956년부터 시작된 민물장어 전문점 ‘양산도집’으로부터 ‘양산도’의 역사가 시작되었습니다.

나중에는 민물장어 유통을 시작하며 전국적으로 민물장어를 납품하기 시작하였습니다.

1956년 개점한 민물장어구이 전문점 ‘양산도집’은 지금도 같은 자리에서 70여년째 영업하고 있습니다. 3대째 이어온 비결은 민물장어에 대한 끝없는 연구와 70년 된 씨간장으로 만들어 깊은 맛이 일품인 ‘양산도 비법 양념’ 입니다. 히츠마부시의 원 고장인 일본 나고야의 비법과 우리나라 양산도의 장인 정신으로 만들어진 비법 소스가 만나 만들어진 고급화 된 맛이 강점입니다.

저희 양산도는 모든 사람들이 민물장어를 조금이나마 쉽게 접하기 위해 70년 전통 '양산도집'의 양념소스와 민물장어구이 비법을 이용해 나고야식 민물장어덮밥(히츠마부시)을 개발했습니다.

마침내 2019년, 부산광역시 부산진구 전포동에 '양산도 히츠마부시' 직영 1호점을 개점하였고,

이후로 부산에 위치한 롯데백화점과 현대백화점에 입점을 하게 되었습니다.

그리고 오늘날, 직영점과 가맹점을 포함한 총 40여개의 지점을 운영하고 있습니다.

Finally, in 2019, the first store of 'Yangsando Hitsumabushi' was opened in Jeonpodong, Busan-jingu, Busan, Since then, we have entered Lotte Department Store and Hyundai Department Store located in Busan. And today, we operate a total of 40 branches, including direct management and franchisees.
